Text is letters and numbers, words and phrases, sentences and paragraphs. It is how people convey most of the meaning in a media. Text content is an object in the form of sentence that informs, describes, explains concepts and procedures to the readers.

Strength :

  1. Most people are familiar and comfortable with reading Text
  2. If printed out, no specialized equipment is needed
  3. A large amount of information and detail can be conveyed with Text
  4. More Complete
  5. Usually load more reliable content


Weakness :

  1. Large amount of Text can put people off reading it.
  2. Poor choice of front size or style can make text difficult to read
  3. Not very good for understanding large amount of data, numbers, trends

  • PICTURE

Picture content is a visual representation of a person, object, or scene, as a painting, drawing, photograph, etc.

Example of picture content:

Strength and Weakness of picture content:
1. Interesting content for customer
2. People understand images no matter which language they speak
3. Can communicate ideas and concepts which might be difficult to do with text alone
4. Poor quality or fuzzy images might be confusing or lose their impact
5. Colour blindness might make some images difficult to decipher
6. Convey information very quickly
7. Images such as road signs are easy to see from a distance 

  • AUDIO

Audio content is any type of published material or information that is consumed through listening. This area of content includes any type of auditory entertainment or marketing collateral.

Strength and Weakness

  1. gets the attention of the participants
  2. easy to follow

  3. Some viewers may find animation annoying
  4. Can take a lot of bandwidth, making the connection slower depends on the signal
  5. Needs specific add-ins to run the file format
